02 · Engagement ramp

Reach and depth grew together through the school year.

Bars show active educators each month. The line shows hours per active educator. Both are indexed to August 2025 = 100.

Both stayed above August from September through May. By May, more than three times as many educators were active as in August, and each spent nearly twice as long on the platform. June is the end of the school year.

03 · Depth

The time goes where the work matters.

Some pages are for navigation: a teacher checks them and moves on. Others are where growth work happens: reading feedback, working through a learning plan, building a portfolio.

The chart splits each month's time per active teacher into growth and compliance work. Over the year, growth work took about twice as much time as compliance and navigation, and more in every month. 67 percent of teacher time went to growth work.

04 · Depth ratio

Month after month, growth time leads compliance time.

The same two measures, month by month. Teachers spent 1.4 to 3.4 times as long on growth work as on compliance and navigation. Growth led every month.

Engagement data drawn from the 2gnoMe platform across customer districts from August 2025 through June 2026. Time per educator is the average of each month's time per active educator; the school-year figure is that monthly average × 11 months. Growth: Learning Plan, Resource Library (including linked third-party resources), Journal, half of Feedback and 70% of Forms & Portfolio. Compliance and navigation: Dashboard, Results, Summary, PDUs, half of Feedback and 30% of Forms & Portfolio. For administrators, growth-oriented work is centered in Feedback, the main space to capture informal and formal observations, create summative feedback and synthesize evidence of teacher practice. The remaining administrator time covers rosters, dashboards, learning assignments, and pages not tied to a named surface. Per-page figures divide each page's hours by the teachers who used it that month. Indexed series are rebased to August 2025 = 100 so that the directional pattern is visible without disclosing absolute educator counts.
